Future acquisitions should refer to American National Standards J-STD-004,揜equirements for Soldering Fluxes? J-STD-005, 揜equirements for Soldering Pastes? and J-STD-006, "Requirements for Electronic Grade Solder Alloys and Fluxed and Non-Fluxed SolidSolders for Electronic Soldering Applications", for flux and solder alloy materials.
