【摘要】:1.1Inmicrobiology,cleanglasswareiscrucialtoensurevalidresults.Previouslyusedornewglasswaremustbethoroughlycleaned.Laboratorywareandequipmentthatarenotchemicallycleanareresponsibleforconsiderablelossesinpersonneltimeandsuppliesinmanylaboratories.Theselossesmayoccurasdowntimewhenexperimentsclearlyhavebeenadverselyaffectedandasinvaliddatathatareoftenattributedtoexperimentalerror.Chemicalcontaminantsthatadverselyaffectexperimentalresultsarenotalwayseasilydetected.Thispracticedescribestheproceduresforproducingchemicallycleanglassware.1.2ThevaluesstatedinSIunitsaretoberegardedasthestandard.1.3Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.Forspecificprecautions,seeSection5,7.3.1,andNote1andNote2.
