【摘要】:ThispartofEN10277specifiesthegeneraltechnicaldeliveryconditionsforbrightsteelbarsinthedrawn,turnedorgroundcondition,instraightlengthsandofthefollowingsteeltypes:a)steelsforgeneralengineeringpurposesasspecifiedinEN10277-2;b)free-cuttingsteelsasspecifiedinEN10277-3;c)casehardeningsteelsasspecifiedinEN10277-4;d)steelsforquenchingandtemperingasspecifiedinEN10277-5.Itdoesnotcovercoldrolledproductsandcutlengthsproducedfromstriporsheetbycutting.Inspecialcasesvariationsinthesetechnicaldeliveryrequirementsoradditionstothemmayformthesubjectofanagreementatthetimeofenquiryandorder(seeAnnexB).InadditiontothespecificationsofthisEuropeanStandard,thegeneraltechnicaldeliveryrequirementsofEN10021areapplicable,unlessotherwisespecified.

【摘要】:Thesamplingproceduresdescribedinthispracticehavebeendesignedtoensurerandomsamplingoffinishedleatherandfabricatedleatheritemsforphysicalandchemicaltests.Leatherisanaturalproductandassuchissubjecttoextensivevariability.Thephysicalandchemicalpropertiesvaryconsiderablydependingonlocationonthehide,sideorskinfromwhichthetestsampleistaken.Randomsamplingofspecimensfromapredefinedlocationandorientationminimizestestbiasandvariability.Thispracticedefinestheseparameters.1.1Thispracticecoversthesamplingoffinishedleatherandfabricatedleatheritemsforphysicalandchemicaltests.Theproductisgroupedintolotsthatarerandomlysampledinsuchamannerastoproducearepresentativesampleofthelot.Thissamplemaybeusedtodeterminecomplianceofthelotwithapplicablespecificationrequirements,andonthebasisofresults,thelotmaybeacceptedorrejectedinitsentirety.1.2Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.
