【摘要】:ThisStandardspecifiesthemethodofsulphurprintforsteelwhosesulphurcontentisnormally0.100%orunder.Inthecasewherethesulphurcontentisover0.100%,thetestmaybeperformedbydilutingtheetchingsolution.ThisStandardisalsoapplicabletosteelcastings.NOTE1TheInternationalStandardcorrespondingtothisStandardisasfol-lows.ISO4968:1979Steel-Macrographieexaminationbysulfurprint(Baumannmethod)(MOD)Inaddition,symbolswhichdenotethedegreeofcorrespondenceinthecontentsbetweentherelevantInternationalStandardandJISareIDT(identical),MOD(modified),andNEQ(notequivalent)accordingtoISO/IECGuide21.NOTE2Thesulphurprintisessentiallyaqualitativetest.Becauseofthis,itisnotadvisabletoassessthesulphurcontentofagivensteelmerelyonthebasisofitssulphurprint.NOTE3Careshallbetakenforthefollowingcasesbecausetheappearanceofsulphurprintmaybealtered.a)Forthesteelcontainingtitanium,thesulphurprintmaysometimesbedifficulttobeappeared.b)Whentestingthefacesubjectedtocoldworking,theappearanceofsulphurprintmaybealtered.c)Dependingonthesensitivityofphotographicpaper,theappearanceofsulphurprintmaybealtered.NOTE4Astheapplicationoftestandtheassessmentofresultvarydependingonthesteeltype,applicationandthelike,theyshallbespecifiedac-cordingtoproductstandardsfordetailorsubjectedtotheagreementbetweenthepurchaserandthemanufacturer.

【摘要】:ThisEuropeanStandardspecifiestheminimumcriteriaforsystemacceptance/typeapprovalofanewwheelslideprotectionsystemandimplementationofacceptedWSPtospecificvehicleapplicationsandrouterequirements,aswellasrequirementsforwheelrotationmonitoring(WRM).Thisincludesthedesign,testingandqualityassessmentoftheWSPsystemanditscomponents.ThisEuropeanStandardisapplicabletowheelslideprotectionsystemsforpneumaticbrakingsystemswithouttakingthetypeofvehiclesandtrack-gaugeintoconsideration.Thegeneralprinciplesofthisstandardcanalsoapplyasareferenceforothertypesofbrakingsystemsandotherkindsofrailwayvehicles.Thesystemisdesignedtocontroltheslidingofwheelsofrailwayvehiclesduringbrakingunderdegradedadhesionconditionstopreventwheeldamageandtominimizetheextensionofthestoppingdistanceunderdegradedadhesionconditionsbyoptimizingtheavailableadhesionbetweenwheelandrail.ThisEuropeanStandarddoesnotapplytothefollowingcategoriesofvehicles:1)tramways;2)lightrailways;3)metrosonsteelwheels;4)metrosonrubbertyredwheels.
